Starting a year on a fresh and healthy note. The year has only started so let’s start with healthy eating, a fresh body and living a healthy life.
WHY IS EATING HEALTHY IS IMPORTANT?
Healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. It protects us against many chronic non-communicable diseases, such as heart disease and cancer.
10 WAYS TO EAT HEALTHY
- Listen to your body, eat when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied.
- Plan your healthy snack
- Cook at home more often
- Eat a variety of veges, and a fruit a day
- Eat whole grains more often
- Eat fish atleast twice a week
- Drink lots of water
- Less salts
*Cut down on saturated fats and sugar
N.B For a body to loose weight one has to have a clear mind and focus on the big price ( loosing weight and looking good)
It does not matter how much you loose, every bit is important. Be grateful, every bit is an achievement and it will encourage you to do more.
If you want to loose weight one must know that EXERCISING is very important.
Train your legs because they carry your body
Eating healthy and exercising goes hand in hand
You can only see the results after 2 months depending on the body of a person.
Weight loss pills or medication are a temporary solution, but exercising is more effective and good for our health.

If your focus is on your belly, 100 push-up in the morning and 100 in the afternoon, but if you are a begginer you will need help of a personal trainer or a fitness instructor so that you dont injure urself while exercising.
If 100 is too much you xan do 50 in the morning and 50 in the afternoon, mon- fri.
Same applies to someone who is focusing on their buttocks and thighs.
50-100 squats in the morning and in the afternoon, you can take breaks in between.
Looking good makes one feel good, and that boosts confidence of every person and when you are confident you can do anything you put your mind to it.
