She is a dedicated woman who has a deep love for children. In December 2004, she started cultural dance groups and drama groups, but when her kids decided to quit the groups, she made the decision to open a day care center. Starting with just six children and two helpers in January 2003, she named the center Paradise Day Care. Over the years, the center has grown to have 13 rooms and a food preparatory facility.
Located in 172 Block A Mabopane, Paradise Day and Night Care Centre is easily accessible with transportation. She has a team of practitioners who are passionate about inspiring young minds and instilling knowledge. The center is equipped with various teaching aids to make learning fun and easy for the children. It was recognized by the Sector and visited by the MEC of Education in Gauteng.
In May 2015, the MEC visited the Paradise Day and Night Care Centre and was impressed with the condition of the center and the warm welcome from the staff. She hopes for support from the MEC’s office in improving the building, subsidizing educators’ salaries, and providing more training for the staff, especially the educators.
Her future aspirations include expanding the center to continue nurturing, protecting, and educating the children spiritually. She is a strong woman, a mother, a wife, a leader, and a community influencer. She is a believer in the potential of every child and advocates for love, stability, care, and proper nourishment for every child to excel in life.
